Agline Warranty Policy – Peace of Mind on Every Tractor Part

At Agline, we stand behind the quality of our parts and accessories. Our Warranty Policy gives you confidence in every online purchase, protecting you against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship so you can buy tractor parts with certainty.

What the Agline Warranty Covers

All new tractor parts purchased online from Agline are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page or manufacturer documentation. This warranty ensures that the parts you receive are built to perform and last under normal use and installation.

Under this warranty, if a part is found to be defective, Agline will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective part, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent part, or
  • Refund the original purchase price

Once the warranty claim is approved.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or consumables (e.g., filters, belts unless specifically stated)
  • Damage caused by improper installation or modification
  • Parts installed after misuse, neglect, accident, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage from incorrect fitment or application outside the intended use
  • Special-order or non-stock items marked as non-warranty at the time of purchase
  • Freight or labour charges not pre-approved by Agline

Parts that have been altered, used, or installed prior to a warranty claim may be refused.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under the Agline Warranty Policy:

  1. Contact our Service Team as soon as you suspect a defect.

    Be sure to include your order number, part details, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or supporting evidence showing the defect.
    This helps our technicians assess your claim quickly.
  3. Return the part only if requested and with prior authorisation.
    Agline may issue a Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions before any replacement or refund is processed.

Please do not send parts back without contacting us first — we want to help you as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Warranty Terms & Legal Rights

The Agline Warranty is a limited warranty under New Zealand law and is intended to give you clear protections if items are defective at the time of sale.

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) and does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Agline reserves the right to update this policy at any time, but warranty terms applying to an existing order will remain based on the version in effect at the time of purchase.
